Art Sails in Capri

Opens Friday, 22 to 17 at the Museum Cerio Capri, the beautiful Piazzetta, a special exhibition, "Art Sails" which was born in Castel dell 'Ovo in Naples at the America's Cup, was then transferred to the Plan Sorrento's going from success to success for the end to land in the prestigious exhibition spaces of the Cerium Center from June 22 to July 3 May, host of an enchanted island, surrounded by a sea paradise for sailors.
 
The exhibition, curated by Beppe Palomba for the Academy of Compass, has eighteen sails made ​​with flair and imagination by a group of artists that make up an installation in the intentions of the curator has sought to rebuild a Regatta sails from some of the most significant visual and original talents in the contemporary art, with artists from various countries.
 
In fact, the sails made sketches of the artists will be on display, mounted on structures that are trees of boats, the first on the terraces of the Museum, in order to recreate the magical atmosphere of a Race in the Piazzetta of Capri, then inside, how to bring the sea inside a closed structure.
 
An unusual exhibition, which, as it has done in previous stages, will arouse the curiosity and interest of the fans who will enjoy the works of artists like Simone Aimetta, Domenico Aquilino, Valeria Ballestrazzi, Andrea Boldrini, Alfredo Celli, Venere Chillemi, Luigina Ferroni, Alberto Fontanella, Marco Iacobelli, Ana Maria Nagy, Gustavo Pozzo, Giorgio Scotti, Ariane Schuchardt, Barbara Truffi, Marcello Ursomando, Maurizio Yorck e Gianfranco Zazzeroni.
